themselves from potential sexual assaults and to cope with peer
pressure, harassment and bullying as well as how to avoid problems and
stay safe in a physically violent situation. Teens find the
program exciting and powerful. Everyday Safety Skills and
Full Force Self Defense included. |

usually required to reserve your spot.

activities are not listed in our public schedule because they are
workshops tailor-made for a variety of groups. We offer programs
specially designed for daycares, schools, youth groups, businesses,
corporations, and community groups or organizations that come to the
aid of people with special needs or facing a variety of challenges. To
add your name onto a list of potentially interested participants for
any given workshop or to know more about how to organize a private
workshop, simply contact us. Don’t forget to ask us about our
price list and special rates for groups.
